Alprinta V Web Offset Press

The Alprinta V continuously format-variable web offset press is exceptionally well-suited to the production of flexible packaging and labels. The big advantage: virtually any print length can be produced. To change printing size, you now no longer need to change the complete printing insert. In the case of the shaftless printing press it suffices to change the handy carbon fibre cylinders.Alprinta V Web Offset Press

The Alprinta V can handle a wide range of printable substrates and is therefore very flexible: paper, film and composite materials work just as well as selfadhesive label stock. The trend in the high-quality package printing sector is also going more towards smaller, market segment-oriented runs. The Alprinta V stands out thanks to short changeover times, reduced waste and minimal printing plate costs.

Advantages of the Alprinta V:

  • Short reaction times to customer queries
  • High print quality
  • Low printing plate costs
  • Minimal waste
  • High print-run durability
  • Accurate color reproduction
  • Wide application range
  • Operator-friendliness

Innovative printing unit
High quality printing, easy handling and high productivity levels are all characteristic of the Alprinta V printing unit. Thanks to its powerful inking system with four ink form rollers, optimal ink coverage is achieved, even at high printing speeds.

Integrated remote ink control system
Inking zone corrections are transferred to the substrate at a rapid rate. The operator sees an indication on the screen as soon as there is a measurable color change in the delivery. This prevents premature correction and therefore avoids unnecessary waste.
